Terms and conditions

This English version is a translation of our Dutch terms and conditions and is provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict, the Dutch version prevails.
Article 1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions:
- Client: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Jouw Website Geregeld or places an order.
- Jouw Website Geregeld: the party performing the agreement, established in the Netherlands.
- Subscription: the agreement under which Jouw Website Geregeld builds, hosts and maintains a website for a fixed monthly fee.
- Website: the website built and managed by Jouw Website Geregeld for the Client.
Article 2. Applicability
Article 3. The subscription
The subscription includes:
- The design and build of the website.
- Hosting, domain name and security (SSL).
- Maintenance, updates and backups of the website.
- Support and changes in accordance with the selected package.
- Email addresses in accordance with the selected package.
There are no one-off setup costs. You pay only the monthly fee of the selected package.
Article 4. Prices and payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The monthly amount is invoiced one month in advance.
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Annual payment includes 2 months free (a discount of approximately 17%).
- In the event of late payment, the website may be temporarily deactivated.
Article 5. Term and termination
The subscription has a minimum term of 12 months. After the minimum term, the subscription may be terminated monthly with one month's notice.
Termination must be given in writing or by email.
Article 6. Revisions and changes
Article 7. Content and responsibility
The Client is responsible for the content placed on the website. Jouw Website Geregeld is not liable for the accuracy or legality of that content.
The Client guarantees that the texts, images and other materials supplied by the Client are free from third-party rights.
